What AFRICANICITY ?!
I just received a call from ABSA COLLECTIONS saying I owe THEM because my account is overdrawn. I ask How in the Hell do I owe THEM when I pay almost R400 in charges alone. The Lady says it's from internet banking. Plus if I don't fix this it will reflect badly on my account and credit Record. I am on a Package that includes internet banking, Her Lovely response was I am the one who chose a package now I must suffer the consequences. And they wonder why people are moving to Capitec. Shame I have no Nice words or thoughts for ABSA. I am praying that I can pay off their Credit and leave them.
