What Africanacity? Its more like the way things are never done!

I have no words for a bank who claims to be ‘Africanacity’ and It’s the way we get things done. Its more like the way things are never done?

I have an ongoing query with them about extending my loan terms and fixing my interest rate.

After weeks of endless back and forth communication and following up, I managed to extend my terms. Thereafter, I wanted to fix my interest rate, accepted their proposal and signed their forms (back and forth about what and where to sign), they still have not finalised it.

Its been a whole month, and my debit order wil be going off next week and nothing is finalised.

I am so annoyed at this point in time.

This is truly unacceptable.
