What Absa is doing to us is just wrong

Absa South Africa I am very saddened and disappointed with your working procedure and ethic. we have been trying to get assistance with getting our grandmothers investment money back as we cancelled it due to her passing away in January2022. My brother and I have been sent from pillar to post being told different stories month in and out we were reassured that the cancelling process is hassle free upon taking up the plan but what is happening now is just totally unacceptable #AbsaMatlosanaMall
