Thank you for your reply. You have failed to read my correspondence and failed to apply your mind to the queries raised.

I have NOT requested payout of the policy, I have mentioned that same has been attended to. My queries were in relation to the two bank accounts held by Mrs SMM Schoeman.

I have written to Absa several times, but no-one seems to finalize this matter, what a shame!!!!

PLEASE will you check Absa Bank account nos: *** & *** and revert back to me as to whether there are death benefits due to the estate on these accounts. FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE NOT THE POLICY!!!!!!
