What a strange treatment

they have adverts all over tv claiming how they help people wow what a show off. Behind closed doors they are discussing how to kick an unemployed mother and kid out of a house. Request for help u stay fell on deaf ears request fir refinancing the house also felt on deaf ears just because they have no intention to help but only to sell the property at an auction Jacqui,Nqobile and Thea of Absa has instructed William of Tim du toit &Eco to re issue new summons after they were all in agreement that I am unemployment and no court will give me defense which will grant Absa a summary judgement

I guess that's why when their lawyers serve the summons they never include the intend to defend letter coz in thir discussions they feel that is right and just. High n mighty and above the law.

If they feel right why then do they not instruct their lawyer to do the right thing include an it end to defend letter in the summons so the matter will have a fair chance not their biased half true conclusions

Absa must play fair game not use money to influence situations. I might not be employed but I have the right to accommodation so they must not suppress that fact

Jacqui Nqobile n Thea next when you have your lets discuss emails with William instruct him to include all the relevant documents in the summons which include the intend to defend notice !
