To whom it may concern<br> <br> On the 20th of May 2015 I wrote my car off, from the first contact at ABSA Idirect (Amery, claim submission) to the claim process (Schalk, claim consultant) to the final part (Sophy, loss adjustor), my experience with ABSA was just amazing. Everyone involved was so professional and fast. I will recommend ABSA Idirect to anyone looking for insurance.
