WHAT A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS

I have to give you a 1 star rating as there is no option that allows me to select nothing. Your service to your clients is completely something you should be ashamed of. I have complained about this before and guess what i need to complain again as NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN. My first complaint was dated the 29th March 2021, i will not recount what i complained about maybe you can do your job and look for it. I did get an email from someone named Daphne Le Grange on the 31st March advising she will investigate and give me feedback by the 6th April. WHAT A JOKE. I waited until the 21st April to follow up with her via email and i guess she JUST SAID F**K IT and didnt bother responding to my email. Now lets hope someone who knows how to do their job gets back to me VIA EMAIL AS I WANT EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
