What a great experience!
I have moved my Business Banking and Personal Banking to ABSA in the past week as things at my previous bank just got to much and could not take it anymore.
One thing that I need to say, since I started moving over to ABSA, what a great experience! I have not been to a branch once! I made several calls to get everything set up as its for personal and business use but still what a great experience. It went like a well oiled machine. All the consultants are so friendly and so helpful. Never did I speak to one consultant that was not able to assist me. Never had I to phone back again regarding the same issue.
Every person that I talked to over the phone made it worth all the hassle in changing banks!
From Lebo Choma, Darius, Silvia Frances and Tommie at Tzaneen branch all the way it was a great experience!
