WESTERN UNION TRANSACTION
I had some trouble cancelling a Western Union transaction I made in China a couple of months ago. As Absa is an agent for Western Union, I consulted with the Absa staff member and was informed that I have to go back to China to get my money. This is ridiculous and shameless. My money is still somewhere out of reach. Can ANYONE shed some light on this topic?
