Went to get new cards

I went to the ABSA in the Secunda mall to get new cards, as my husband's card doesn't work when you swipe the card. I went in and said to them I can just as well get new cards as they are anyway going to expire in December they can issue me with new cards and sort out the problem wrt the swiping issue.<br> <br> I asked the lady that help me will this now work and she said yes. I went into PNA to purchase something and there it Decline the card.<br> <br> I phone ABSA branch now and I need to come into the bank again to sort it out. And it is not possible for me to go into the bank I need to take time off work and ride more money out on diesel. <br> <br> I really think that when I asked the lady will it work it will work. You always need to double check everything and now if I do go into the bank I will need to go do it after work and then the bank is closed as well.<br> <br> I am not satisfied at all with the service of ABSA bank.
