Went to Absa bank to transfer money from my credit card to my cheque account, just to find out that someone in the bank stole the money and transferred it to their on account to Nedbank with out my concent

Went to Absa bank to transfer money from my credit card to my cheque account, just to find out that someone in the bank stole the money and transferred it to their on account to Nedbank with out my concent. Now I have to go through all the trouble getting a case number and reporting their own people of theft just to get my own money back. I didn't expect this poor, pathetic ****ming from a big company like Absa.
