Well done to ABSA's Renier Winnaar!

A staff member of ABSA helped me with my will - to write it, finalise it and have it sent securely. He is also following up on other ABSA matters for me, which is not even in his job description.

His name is Renier de Winnaar and he gives the most amazing service, which made me take my will back from Sanlam to ABSA. I want to deal only with him in future and he has made me advise people to go to ABSA and do their wills there. I have a new respect for ABSA because of him. He should be the voice and face of ABSA. Polite, efficient, friendly and someone who will go to the ends of the world to help you and have everything just the way you want it.

I just have to mention that I am not related to Renier and do not know him as a friend - I am not even sure where he called from. So I am totally unbiased.
