A little while ago I took to Hello Peter regarding a ***** on my wife's credit card accounts and Absa's tardiness in dealing with the matter. It would seem that my complaint had the desired effect because Absa has SPARKED after this. The matter has been sorted out to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Absa, Praise when praise is due. Well done on your performance. Believe when when I say that i will tell everyone I know how great your service has been.
