Well Done Absa

About 2 weeks ago I wrote a review about Absa and received an email from their complaints department. I asked to close my Absa account. No one took the time to call me, to listen to what I had to say. If someone called me they would know that I can only close my account after the 17th as I get paid on the 15th.So know what happens, it's to late to change my bank details at work. After 14 years of been a loyal customer I'm worth an email.
