Weak servers from AVAF

This review is specifically for Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance. I Had Vehicle finance with absa and i was in an accident just over a month ago. The car got written of and the insurance paid absa the bulk of what was left of the finance. A week or two later i paid the shortfall out of my pocket. A day after AVAF Legal sends me a letter to say that I'm in arrears. I've been trying to get hold of them for almost two weeks now. People keep on putting me through to other lines and i dont get any help whatsoever. I got direct numbers for AVAF Legal but the phones doesn't even ring. Its really pathetic!
