We want you to prosper, is a MYTH

I always laugh my lungs out when I see this add from absa that, they are here for us and want us to prosper, that's a myth. in their site they say you can always negotiate with them as if they car for you but that's also a myth. I have been trying to re negotiate my interest rates on my personal loan since last year September. At first I was being sent from pillar to post, from waiting 20 min holding a phone to them saying I must go to a branch but eventual some lady with guts did tell me that they also need to make money and unfortunately I was that victim. I mean im already paying prime interest rate on my load and they still added another 5%, and refusing point blank to negotiate that. In my next life when im done with this, im done with absa, its full of nonsense and well in the business of making money. FNB is actual the best bank, open to negotiate and lower rates.
