We randomly let our internal debit orders go through so that we can make more money from you. That's tenacity!

Dear ABSA, you are quick to send me reminders when certain debit orders are planned to ensure there is money in my account, however, there is this debit order for my Will that randomly gets debited. I usually don't know when it is expected but last month it was debited obviously when there wasn't sufficient funds and thus costing me more money than the premium itself. Then surprise surprise ABSA deducts it randomly on the 26th of the month. Now once again R150 fee for a R115 debit. How does this work? So ABSA you have two options: 1. Just cancel this Will and we move on, or 2. You can refund me the fees incurred up to date this month R300 if not more, you cancel the debit order and you send me a Tax Invoice when the annual fee is due and I pay accordingly.
