We need more consultants of your calibre.
Mpumelelo Mudau was extremely polite and professional whilst assisting me with my loan application process. She was informative and provided me with feedback. I know she went out of her way to keep me, the client satisfied, which was a refreshing experience to the norm when dealing with a call centre agent. Thank you Mpumelelo for keeping my faith with ABSA.
