Watch out for bank apps they not proof of anything or what, when buying through the app

ABSA app is the way one banks but all my lotto numbers I have been playing for years is lost because the national lottery changed their system but when phoning customer care I was told all thoae numbers are lost When a person plays at the shops we receive proof of numbers and receipt so one would assume playing on a bank app acts as proof of payment and numbers played Kabelo at customer services, he rather says it was all over the news when I asked did absa let their clients know 🙄 to save their numbers due to changes Well at least I now know playing lotto on the bank apps is no proof of anything they dont keep our proof its sad and pathetic
