Warning stay away from Absa ATM Cash deposits

Warning to all, do not use Absa cash deposit at Mayville Mall at the ATMS, It swallowed our Rent money and even though it would have been processed yesterday and payed today and still is not payed to our landlord. Here follows what happened to us on Saterday 30 June2018: "We were Saterday there, using the ATM which has swallowed my friends rent money of R2000. The machine took the money and never gave it back, I went inside to the branch to get help while she was standing at the ATM waiting for me. First I went to the inquiries and the young girl ignored who was standing there, then the branch manager came out to assists me, I went into her office and explained her everything, she wrote an email to someone concerning our problem, Rita phoned after us to get the account nr where we pay the rent in, she also informed me that it will be processed on Monday and then payed on Tuesday. The Landlord just phoned me now to inform me that the Money for rent which the ATM has swallowed was not payed. Please we don't want a disabled and pensioner person to sit on the street because of your ATM swallowing her rent money."
