Just to clarify... I'm not mad yet... But I'm getting there... Good afternoon.... I hope your day is going well.... Mine isn't.... All I would like to do is reset my app pass code because I had my phone screen fixed and my finger print scanner doesn't work.... When I try reset my pass code it the app wants to scan my face.... I don't want that.... But forces me to anyway... Mm and then the scanelner doesn't work.... Leaving no other option to reset my pass code.... Online.... To login..... I'm asked for a user number.... I don't have one or know that I needed one so I never paid attention to it.... Long story short I can't reset my password in anyway... And I'm out of the country so I can't even call... And I'm slowly getting mad.... Please can you help? Thank you

I'm much calmer today, but the problem still persists... but hopefully not for much longer,

I would just like to thank Russell Edwards and Liesl ( please forgive my spelling ) for the speedy help and recovery of my account. The patience and eagerness to help through every solution possible they had had was truly a great experience. If you ever have a problem, ask for them two coz their both like superman and batman coming to the rescue. and take it from me, dont type angry... cool off... exhaust all other options first, then come to hello peter when you have no other choice. But rest assured... Russel and Liesl will be waiting to help out.
