Wake up, ABSA!!

I have had my money invested with ABSA for some time. Two years ago I had to pay SARS R10,000 and now again, I have been asked to pay an additional R3,500. When I asked what the reason was for having to pay in (considering I was retrenched in June 2020), I was told that I hadn't declared my interest earned. On three occasions ABSA has been given my tax number and yet it is still not showing on my IT3B forms. And isn't the IT3B form what is given to show any interest earned??? I have decided that I am going to remove my investment from ABSA and take it to someone else who cares about my finances.
