Waiting period is too long

The Absa head branch in Kimberley everytime there are always long queues and then only two consultants are receiving clients. A person can wait close to two hours waiting to be attended to while the rest of the others are busy chatting in the offices no man we also have places to go can't wait two hours on a queue this is not on.

The branch manager contacted me but I didn't have a chance to speak to her cause it's crazy from my side the only time I can chat is around 7.30pm. However am not happy with the turn around time of ABSA one thing again is that if a person applies online for services the turnaround time is also long
