waiting more than 15minutes on phone

Hi<br> <br> I phoned your credit card department and waited for more than 15minutes for one of your consultants to pick the phone. I gave up in the end. I need to find out if my credit card is blocked for international usage. It gets declined if I try to join australian medical aid bupa.<br> <br> Please contact me asap in this regard.<br> <br> Marius
