Waiting months for overdraft.
I went to apply for a over draft sometime in 2017 at ABSA Richards bay. I have previously had bad experience with the consaltant not doing her work but decided to give her another chance. Now months later over draft have still not been finalized. If I call she is always busy and even thou I ask that she call me back she never does. I do not have the time to hold ABSA emplyees hand and make sure they do their job.
