Waiting for more than a week

I app**** for a loan on 10 November and submitted my documents on time but still have not received any feedback by the 17 November the best part is that the assessor Delineation Jacobs kept telling call centre agents she would call me. Just when I wanted to escalate my enquiry she calls and declines my application.
