Waiting for documents from deceased estate for the past year

I had handed in documents to Absa deceased estate in June 2015. Last year i requested those documents back because they have not been able to assist in finalizing the estate. I have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails, but am continuously told lies upon lies. I safely handed those documents in and require them urgently. They have been in possesion at Mr Danie Pelser's office. I need those documents safely returned or Absa will be held responsible for them not being delivered. Such incompetence and no regard for clients what so ever. Thank goodness i do not bank with you at all, endless complaints on that end as well as i hear from alot of peoplr. Please get back to me about where my documents currently are and when i can pick them up from absa east rand mall boksburg, where i had initially dropped them off. I have been in contact with Mr Danie Pelser and Ms Marula Jari, no proper response from them, only lies and empty promises of returning the documents. When i last spoke to Ms Jari she said she will be sending the original documents and has copies on file. I sent numerous emails and made calls asking for a tracking or reference number. Eventually she now slams the phone down everytime i call because i am frustrated with been taken for a fool and being **** to. I eventually spoke to a lady by the name of Nazarene who had asked Marula to courier the documents to me, i received them today, but they are not the originals and not the total of documents that i had sent to absa when requested by them in 2015.
