Waiting for a refund for ages

My mom passed away in 2016 n she had accounts with absa bank.Last year I got a call from a lady called Glaudene saying that we have to get a refund from absa. I sent her the details she requested n she forwarded the query to the Absa NDE department. I have been following up with these guys from November 17 so that I can get that refund .I have be sent from piller to post by the agents there of which some of them have bad attitude. Till today i got n email saying that it has been approved n we will finally be paid. To my supprise we got n email later today with a deposit slip amounting to R49.69 in the late estate account. I decided to call them to check n confirm how much are we suppose to get. I was told by an agent called palesa that i need to call the personal loans departments n query with them as they are the once who are supposed to refund us. Absa is playing with people's time n dont know what they are doing because they can't even confirm how much refund are we going to get.Now we have to start again n follow up with the loans dep to get that refund.
