Waiting days for my vehicle finance? Whats happening in your validation department?

Im waititng waititng since Monday for a reply on my vehicle finance. They keep saying its wih validation.i cant call validation for some reason. So whats happening there...i want to buy a car before it gets sold.i told them how urgent it is and each time i was promised a call back qnd i wasn't. Dont you treat your clients as individuals so based on my urgency you guys r sitting with it for 4 days. Other banks got back to me almost immediately. If you dont want my business then tell me so. ****ha dass ***
