Waiting area very uncomfortable

I visited the Absa Mall of Africa branch on the 23 Dec 2023, to get a replacement card.

I am pregnant and I had to wait on the Q on the most uncomfortable benches ever, they are high and uncomfortable, I wanted to stand up and rather wait on my feet, I mentioned this to the consultant that was helping me but she just laughed it off.

I really think you can do better to make us comfortable, those benches belong outside at a park somewhere, please get cushioned chairs and get rid of them, I am not impressed at all.
