Waiting and wondering (Be an institution of your word)

While am very grateful for my one account to be restored after being hacked and emptied on the 18 December, I am still awaiting feedback from ABSA regarding my other account that was also hacked and emptied. My issue is that I was told by the investigator that I would get a response from him by Monday past, and went to the bank yesterday to find out more and still have no idea what the outcome is. Today I am travelling abroad still unsure of where I stand especially financially. I can only hope that ABSA (and all such institutions) will keep to their word and improve of their communication with us, the ones who keeps them in existence. Another exmaple of this is that their email states that they will contact you within 8 hours but this is not the case...
