Waiting 3 months for an amount

Good Day<br> I purchased a property which is currently bonded by ABSA.<br> It is now 3 months, and we still waiting for ABSA to provide the release amounts for the exisiting bond, so the transferring attorney can proceed with the transfer of the property.<br> Please can you enlighten me as to how does it take soooo long for ABSA to calculate the amount? Surely any bank would want to recoup their loans as soon as they can???<br> The attorney claims she is getting no joy from ABSA, hence my complaint.....
