Waiting 2 months for my Loan Application

I've app**** for a Business Loan about months ago at the Claremont Branch in Cape Town.<br> <br> They promised that it will take 1 day to approve the loan.<br> <br> My initial banker was John Hawkins, however, he's gone on leave and now my banker is Wayner Kader.<br> <br> I don't have any issues regarding the services of Claremont Branch, it is the Credit Department that I have problems with.<br> <br> I've been John and Wayne every morning and afternoon for feedback, but none was forth coming.<br> <br> I've decided to call the Credit Department Call Center, but was given the run-around of aabout 2 people.<br> <br> I've lodged a complaint with the Complaints department now.
