Waited more than 3 weeks and still waiting for my paid up letter, how ***********. They must shut the business they comics

Settled my account with absa lawyers now I want my paid up letter it seems to be a mission to get. I lost a job because of ABSA incompetence. I'm beyond annoyed and taking this to banking ambudsman.
