Wait 2 months for a home loan, get approved then declined, worst bank in South Africa

We have been with ABSA all our lives, we app**** for a home loan and waited 2 months for an answer. First they told us it was approved only to come back later to say it has been declined, after we have instructed the lawyers to continue. Banking with them for over 25 years you would expect some loyalty. ABSA if you do not come back to us, we will publish the full story on social media platforms and will come out on how we were treated by your staff. and also how you treat your staff.

We are literally losing money banking with ABSA!!!!!!!!!!!! We had to submit the same forms over and over again. ABSA you are useless
