Vrot service!

No rating at all! been batling for a month now with standard bank to updtae my ITC profile as was lated year 2022. Pathetic service, , no service actually at all.Been calling the contact centre, no one picks up, or they transfer you from department to department and hung up.The customer service on email, does not respond to any emails whatsoever!....How on earth are you guys quick to collect payments, and list on itc , yet when the accounts has been paid up, you just ghost us....I need my account profile to be rectified like yesterday!
