VOX Telecom/ABSA rip-off

<p>So ABSA made use of VOX telecom for internet banking use. The service was sold to VOX. VOX deducts monthly fees for this service which was no longer used. According to my knowledge when on a Platinum package you do not pay extra for internet banking. According to the assistants in the bank i have to pay VOX for the service but the service was sold. I have never agreed or signed anywhere for this useless service which i dont use which was sold to VOX. I did not confirm or acknowledge the deduction every month to VOX. This is *********. To change a service today i must go to the bank take proof of address etc but when the service was sold, which i dont use, i was not informed at all. ABSA give me the proof or refund me. i will take this further.</p>
