Virgin Money ********

Virgin Money Spot is ****, they made us waste our data and time to promote their d@mn app. I have waited more than 3 days for my referrals money to come in but it hasnt. My friend actually sent me his money and it also hasnt come through.

Thanks for your message.

Unfortunately, the cash out process on Spot uses the same payment mechanism as an EFT, so unfortunately they can sometimes take a few days to clear. Usually the money clears in about 2-3 business days, but sometimes can take a little longer (depending on what time of the day the cash out was, if it was a weekend, etc.).

Please email *** with the contact number you have linked with the app and we can confirm the dates and details for you.

This is the 7th day now and the money hasnt come through to my account. What if I had been desperate for this money in 3 days? We could've used other faster and efficient mediums, this app is useless. S**** it and go back to the drawing board.
