Virgin Money Online Banking Non Existent???

I have had problems in the past getting onto Virgin Money Online Banking, but now it seems to have vanished all together. The following link (accessed directly from the www.virginmoney.co.za home page) www.virginmoneyonline.co.za/vmob/ won't load, it just keeps timing out..... When I get paid, I always clear the debt on my credit card, to avoid paying interest. But if I can't access my account (been trying for 2 days), I have no idea how much money to transfer. Come on Virgin, sort yourselves out! OK, so over the 5 minutes that I have been typing this, the site did eventually respond, moving on to www.virginmoneyonline.co.za/vmob/login.jsp. But then it failed with a message "Network connection timed out while downloading application" Several minutes later I managed to get as far as entering my login details..... But then again it timed out with "Network connection timed out while downloading application".

Even more bizarre, in desperation I have been trying different Browsers and my session in Edge has actually gone into my account without me entering any login information or passwords!!! Did it magically absorb them from my Chrome session?
