Virgin money fails again

My virgin money credit card suddenly stopped working. Cannot buy anything. Cannot buy anything online. Since this is my only credit card I am stranded. So I have to use my wife's card. Unfortunately also virgin money. So her card also does not work. It hasn't worked for two years for online purchases. When you call helpline, you spend at least 30 minutes. I cannot wait for my card to reach its expiry date so I can get another bank's credit card. hastagvirginmoneymustfall. Pathetic service and product.

???? So you just decide to block my card when you think something is strange without even notifying me. No call, sms, watsapp, email, postcard, letter fax nothing. How do you do business like this? This was great problem for me to sit for two weeks without money since I have to continue my business. No thanks this is terrible service.
