Virgin Money don't seem to care

I think I've given them ample time now to respond. It's been months and no one has gotten back to me. Ever since I've joined Virgin Money I have had nothing but problems. Last year I ordered a couple of linked petrol cards. One for me and one for my wife. They sent the first card, great now my wife had a card. I had to call them to ask them where the other card was. They appologised and sent me another card. It eventually came. Guess what... an exact duplicate of the previous card. So now I'm sitting with two petrol cards for my wife. I called them back asking them to sort it out. I was promised someone would get back to me. Well... needless to say... I'm still waiting. This is not the first issue I've had with Virgin Money. My previous issue I just kind of gave up on after numerous phone calls.
