Virgin Money Credit Card
I got Virgin Money credit card but can't use it. I sent Fica documents on Sunday 31 May 2020, got an email automated response. Then I phoned the call centre to check on the progress on Monday 1 June 2020, I was told it takes 48 hours and I will get an sms. Today is Wednesday 3 June 2020 still no response nor sms from Virgin money.
