Virgin Money Credit Card

I app**** for a new credit card with Virgin Money. It has been pre approved, more than a week ago. Nobody has ever contacted me thus far, and service is poor (bad). I was hoping to have my card before I depart on holiday. Ever so sorry I app**** could have done it via another institution. Bad service Virgin
