Virgin Money Card Online banking is non existent. Contacts listed say they are not Virginmoney support

I am so sick and tired of trying to get this issue resolved, for the past 8 months I have not been able to log onto the Virginmoney card site. I then decided to try forgot your pin and guess what. I get a technical error. How am I supposed to use the on line option when this site is so disgusting. This is NOT AN SERVICE. I have sent numerous mails as I cant call the contact center number THAT IS LISTED ON YOUR VIGINMONEY SITE as they say they don't support Virginmoney card. No resolution.
