Virgin Money bad service as usual

Thank you Virgin Money for your ridiculous payment dates set in place. Thanks to you my credit score was affected because I paid on the 1st of the month. I called the credit bureau and they advised that it would be cleared within the next month and not affect me going forward as I had paid. Low and Behold we are now 2 months down the line and it still shows on my side and is affecting me in a negative way even though I have paid the entire account off. In all my years I have never been a bad payer and thanks to you I am now listed as one. When will you be advising the credit bureau that I have paid the account up or do you only run to them when someone is a few days late on payment? Another thing why dont you call your clients before running off and listing them. You make me sick in all honesty. All my years of hard work and you have ruined it. WHY IS THIS STILL APPEARING ON MY CREDIT RECORD!!
