Sun, Jun 17, 7:20 AM (4 days ago) i have to complete a cardholders declaration form. why? i am a long standing virgin credit card holder. they have all my details, FICA! my original emails contained all the relevant information relating to the ********** transaction. also, i have heard of other people also having had transactions made with their credit card on amazon.ca. this seems like a stalling tactic. am i being charged interest on the outstanding balance? why is this taking so long????!!!!!
