Virgin Card refusal to comply with court order payment arrangements

I have been phoning Virgin Card and their debt review department, more times than I can remember, asking them to transfer my account to their Legal Department because I am disputing the outstanding balance. I am currently under debt councelling and I have paid all the installments in accordance with the Court Order. Instead of transferring my account to their legal department, they said they will only do so if I cancel my entire debt protection court order. I have stopped making payments to this card and they are still refusing to transfer the account to their legal department
