Vimal Bishoon ABSA private clients does not even bothered to respond ro emails

I am an ABSA private client and pay an account fee for the private client account yet I do all my banking needs myself.The private banker assisted to me Vimal Bishoon has not rep**** to my email sent to him on the 20 February 2023 and only responds today the 05 April 2023 after I responded to an email from him where he is worried about money I investment that is expiring soon yet he could not complete a simple document for me to confirm my banking details...something I then had to go into a branch and have done.He never called me or even emailed me to find out if the document I required to be confirmed by Absa Bank was actually resolved.
