victimasation and abuse

I bought my car in 2013 and it was finaced by Absa and 2017 I resigned because of personal reasons and I couldn’t not make full payment at some stage and my account fall in to areas and Absa continued charging me intrest for a couple off months hence the contract says ones an account is in area they must not change me interest and their staff members treated me that they will come reposes the car.
