Victim of ***** and my bank absa won’t help me cause I’m overseas

Absa is such a ****. I'm working in China as a teacher, and I provided all supporting documentation and my international number, but I have still not been assisted in my *****ulent case. I should have been told that when you overseers and you are a victim of *****, you will not be assisted.
